September 21, 2026: Letters of Intent must be submitted online no later than noon to be considered.
Late October: Applicants are notified regarding the status of their application and whether they have been selected to submit a full application for further consideration.
November 23, 2026: If invited, a full application and requested attachments must be submitted online by noon.
December 2026-April 2027: The grant process includes a review of the online application and an interview that may include a site visit by a member of the Grants committee.
April-May 2027: The Grants Committee reviews all proposals, presents findings, and makes recommendations for funding to the Board.
Mid-June 2027: Applicants are notified in writing of funding decisions and grants are awarded and paid prior to June 30. Awarded grant funds must be fully expended between July 1, 2027, and June 30, 2028 (2029 for Multi-Year Grant awards).
August 1, 2028: Organizations who receive funding will be required to complete a detailed Grant Report Form by August 1 (or the next business day), one year after receipt of the grant. We ask for information on the expenditure of funds and a thoughtful evaluation of the project. Grantees who fail to submit a grant report within the required time frame will be ineligible to apply for the next funding cycle.
